These Terms of Service govern your use of appleshine.us and your purchase of products from Appleshine. By visiting our website, creating an account, or placing an order, you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy, and Return and Refund Policy. 1. About Appleshine

Appleshine operates this online store through Shopify. References to “Appleshine,” “we,” “us,” and “our” mean the business operating appleshine.us. References to “you” and “your” mean any visitor, customer, or person using the website.

We may correct errors, update product information, limit quantities, or discontinue a product without prior notice. Nothing on the website guarantees that a product will remain available.

4. Prices and payment

Prices are displayed in US dollars unless another currency is clearly shown. Applicable shipping charges, taxes, duties, and other charges are displayed or calculated as part of checkout where supported.

The final amount presented for approval at checkout is the amount submitted for payment. International card issuers may apply conversion charges or other fees that are not controlled by Appleshine.

Payment must be successfully authorized before an order can be processed. We may use Shopify and third-party payment providers to process transactions. Appleshine does not receive or store complete payment-card numbers through ordinary customer-service communications.

5. Orders and acceptance

An order confirmation acknowledges that we received your order; it does not guarantee acceptance or shipment. An order is accepted when processing begins or the products are dispatched, subject to applicable law.

We may decline, limit, or cancel an order for reasons including suspected fraud, payment failure, pricing or product-information errors, inventory unavailability, shipping restrictions, duplicate orders, unusually large quantities, or inability to deliver to the supplied address.

If we cancel an order after payment has been captured, the affected amount will be refunded to the original payment method. Bank processing times may affect when the credit becomes visible.

6. Customer information

You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete billing, contact, and shipping information. You are responsible for reviewing the products, quantities, variants, address, and contact details before submitting an order.

Orders are generally processed within 3-5 business days. Available delivery methods and shipping charges depend on the products, destination, fulfillment location, and carrier options shown at checkout.

Delivery dates are estimates, not guarantees. Carrier disruptions, weather, customs, holidays, local conditions, and address problems can cause delays outside our reasonable control.

Products from one order may ship from different fulfillment locations, arrive in separate packages, use different carriers, and have separate tracking numbers. Full shipping terms are provided in our Shipping Policy.

8. International orders

International orders may be subject to customs duties, import taxes, brokerage charges, or other government fees. Unless checkout expressly states that such charges are included, they are the customer’s responsibility.
